What delivery options are available?
You can choose between the following delivery options:
Standard delivery
Delivery time: See estimated delivery at checkout or in your order confirmation email. Usually 2 to 3 days.
Delivery cost: Free for orders over €149.
€5 for orders under €149.
Delivery destinations: Home address, Post office (Poste Italiane), Collection point (Poste Italiane or GLS collection points)
Note: If your order was less than €149 and you paid for delivery, we will not refund these delivery costs if you return your entire order.
Express delivery
Delivery time: 1 to 2 working days. Orders placed before 1pm will be delivered the following working day.
Delivery cost: €7
Delivery destinations: Home address
Note: In case of return, delivery costs will not be refunded.
Priority delivery
Delivery time: See estimated delivery at checkout or in your order confirmation email. Usually 24 business hours.
Delivery cost: €10
Delivery destinations: Home address
Note: In case of return, delivery costs will not be refunded.
Shipments depart from Monday to Friday at 12:00. Shipping times are indicative as they may be subject to unexpected delays not due to us.
Shipping Responsibility : The goods travel at the buyer's risk as established by article 1510 of the Civil Code. In case of theft, loss or incorrect delivery, the complaint must be made directly to the courier, without liability of the seller. Damage or loss of missing or damaged packages are the responsibility of the customer if not accepted with reservation.Possible Delays and Shipping PoliciesShipments may be delayed due to external causes such as adverse weather conditions, strikes or other factors. Once the product is on its way, it cannot be blocked, modified or refunded until it is delivered. Please note that estimated delivery times may be extended and change without notice.
